Many people are taught to think sex starts with the body. At Seductive Play, we challenge that idea.
Sex starts in the mind.
Before touch, before arousal, before physical desire fully shows up, the brain is already at work. The brain processes attraction, curiosity, fantasy, comfort, fear, chemistry, emotional safety, and desire. This lesson helps participants understand that sexual awareness begins with recognizing how the brain influences desire, connection, boundaries, and pleasure.
