Wellness Wednesday is Seductive Play’s signature guided wellness experience designed to bring people together for real conversation, reflection, awareness, connection, and community.
This is not a lecture, therapy session, or dating event.
It is a welcoming, stigma-free experience where participants can check in, listen, laugh, reflect, ask questions, explore different perspectives, and engage in conversations around self-love, confidence, relationships, communication, boundaries, emotional wellness, body awareness, sexual awareness, and everyday life.
Each Wellness Wednesday can be customized around the needs of your group, organization, workplace, community, or event.
